How it works:
You pay the full fee at the time of the session. On the first of the month, I provide you with a "Superbill" (a medical receipt) that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking what your out of network benefits are.
Insurance Guide
I am an out-of-network provider.
This means I do not bill insurance directly. However, many insurance plans have out-of-network benefits that may reimburse you for a significant portion of my fee.
FAQsGood questions.
It's normal to have hesitations. Here are a few things clients often ask before starting.
-
I offer individual and group therapy for clients who are struggling with eating disorders, trauma, body image issues, perfectionism, life transitions, and the struggles of every day life. Online therapy to individuals in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland and South Carolina.
-
The initial consultation is a chance for us to talk about what brings you to therapy, what support you’re looking for, and whether we feel like a good fit. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions about my approach, availability, and the therapy process.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits for reimbursement. I’m happy to provide a superbill and help you understand your options.
-
Yes. I believe therapy should be accessible, and I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots when available. If cost is a concern, please still reach out—we can discuss options.
-
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to know exactly what you need before reaching out. During our consultation, we’ll talk through what’s been going on and determine the best next step together.
