-

Eating Disorders & Body Image
Whether you're struggling with food, exercise, body image, or feeling consumed by thoughts about eating, you don't have to navigate recovery alone.
-

Trauma & EMDR
Trauma can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Through EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches, we'll work together to process difficult experiences, reduce distress, and help you feel more grounded in your daily life.
-

Anxiety & Life Transitions
Whether you're navigating college, a new career, relationship changes, or simply feeling overwhelmed by what's next, therapy can help you move through life's transitions with greater confidence, clarity, and resilience.
What I believe
-
It's about reconnecting with yourself.
-
Recovery means creating freedom, not more rules.
-
Growth happens through small moments of consistency.
-
You're the expert on your life.
Guiding principlesWhat we know to be true.
HEALING WITH COMPASSION AND HONESTYYou deserve a space where you can be fully seen.
Healing begins with understanding, not judgment. Together, we'll explore the patterns that have helped you survive while creating space for new ways of relating to yourself and your experiences. Honest conversations, rooted in compassion, can lead to meaningful and lasting change.
YOUR VOICE, YOUR VALUES, YOUR RECOVERYYou are the expert on your own life.
Therapy isn't about telling you who to be, it's about helping you reconnect with yourself. Whether you're healing your relationship with food, processing trauma, or navigating a major life transition, we'll work together to build self-trust and create a path that aligns with your values.
Connection is the foundationYou don't have to heal alone.
A strong therapeutic relationship creates the foundation for healing. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported without judgment. Together, we'll build the trust and connection that make meaningful change, and recovery, possible
Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Hannah!
I became a therapist because I believe in honest connection over performance or perfection. That's what real change is built on. My approach blends evidence-based methods like EMDR with genuine warmth, so therapy feels less like a performance, and more like a place to exhale.
